IHCAE Test Day Problems
If you encounter problems on test day, you generally need to communicate them to the IHCAE Program by 11:59 p.m. ET on the fourth weekday after the test administration. If you want to cancel scores, you must do so by 11:59 p.m. ET on the fourth weekday after the test administration. This is necessary in order to ensure that your concern is investigated before your scores are released. Use the contacts below to identify the best way of contacting us.
If you’re an international student who took the digital IHCAE and encountered problems on test day or an ambiguous question, use this form to report any issues. Reports must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on the fourth weekday after the test administration.
